The theme then. It is DYSTOPIA. Any films, games or any other kind of fiction based in a dystopian society is suitable and ready to be parodied, or to be paid homage to. We definitely encourage costumes.

As this is wasteland outcasts vs Dystopian city security, you can recycle aspects of your wasteland warriors outfits if you like. But you don't have to.
