hi there, i bought my ticket for llama lan just over a week ago i think and on my account it says that i still havn't bought one yet?

I've linked you shop account to your LlamaLAN account (as per the instructions in
this thread) for you
. if you go to profile on the left, then click on tickets, you should be able to sort it from there. I am working to streamline this process for the next LAN

Is there somewhere in the shop we can place these instructions in full? Maybe as part of the item description? Because we keep seeing this.

ahh /facepalm! thankyou very much, the ticket shows up on my account now on the details section, ive clicked submit and it says account has been updated but doesnt show up in the ticket section? sorry xD just ignore that if its a system thing and takes time to go through, tis just me being too impatient xD

Think I've got issue too.. done the payment, order shows in details, but no ticket showing.
Also said failed payment after returned from paypal, perhaps the reason? though I've got both llamalan and paypal emails to say was successful.

you just need to "use" the ticket for the event, that should sort it then
