Would people like a tuck shop

Post by Kanonfodda »

Do people think it would be worth having a small selection of munchies available?

I'm thinking a couple of crates of soft drinks, a couple of boxes of crisps and some chocolate bars.

These would of course, be chargable, but only at around cost price

Let us know what you think...

I would only start small, if it was successful, I may look to increase the size at 14 :)

What about if you took orders if people want stuff there then you could bring that and a little extra?

I did think of that, but I think too many people would want too many different things :)

I think its a good idea, id most likley use it at times. I'd just make sure you mostly buy stuff that keeps so you dont have to chuck un-sold stock.

heh, I'm thinking chocolate, crisps and drinks.

but won't be a huge selection of any of them I'm afriad. If it all sells out, I'll know to buy more for next time :D

Sorry to those who were looking forward to me running the tuck shop,

but due to circumstances outside of my control, I have been unable to get the funds in place to do this :(

I'm hoping to be in a position to do it for LL14.

Ok then! I'm taking over the running of the tuck shop!

Details to follow when I've actually thought this through in more detail :P

Also does anyone have a mini fridge I can borrow? Will need to find somewhere to store milk and various drinks and the hall fridge will be stuffed to the gills again :)
