Would people like a tuck shop
Do people think it would be worth having a small selection of munchies available?
I'm thinking a couple of crates of soft drinks, a couple of boxes of crisps and some chocolate bars.
These would of course, be chargable, but only at around cost price
Let us know what you think...

ive seen it at other lans, like at Spark LAN and ofc multiplay events. but its also quite expensive to most of the attendees. its a nice idea i think but i don't know if its wise financially for u guys

I would only start small, if it was successful, I may look to increase the size at 14
Re: Would people like a tuck shop
What about if you took orders if people want stuff there then you could bring that and a little extra?

I did think of that, but I think too many people would want too many different things

nice idea and I'd def make a few purchases. got a real bad sweet tooth. good thing I'm due at the dentist next week tbh
Re: Would people like a tuck shop
I think its a good idea, id most likley use it at times. I'd just make sure you mostly buy stuff that keeps so you dont have to chuck un-sold stock.

heh, I'm thinking chocolate, crisps and drinks.
but won't be a huge selection of any of them I'm afriad. If it all sells out, I'll know to buy more for next time

Re: Would people like a tuck shop
Sorry to those who were looking forward to me running the tuck shop,
but due to circumstances outside of my control, I have been unable to get the funds in place to do this
I'm hoping to be in a position to do it for LL14.

Ok then! I'm taking over the running of the tuck shop!
Details to follow when I've actually thought this through in more detail

Right then, operation NOMSITE is a go!
Going to be offering Coffee, tea, juice, crisps, bikkits, cakes (homemade if you ask nicely) and (if I can get them cheaply without compromising on quality) instant noodles.
if anyone has any allergies please tell me now cos I ain't gonna be giving any of you lot mouth to mouth

Also does anyone have a mini fridge I can borrow? Will need to find somewhere to store milk and various drinks and the hall fridge will be stuffed to the gills again
