Re: Payment?
I suppose the sensible thing to do would be to make the "BIG GAME" UT as it was last time as that is by far the most owned game.
Just a quick question will we have a proposed timetable up a few days before as I am only planning to be there for 2 days and want to choose which 2 days to go
Cheers

Re: Payment?
Once we're full we intend to announce ALL of the tournaments in good time, once we are happy that everyone has their games lists up to date and the figures we are seeing are final and unlikely to change, so, hopefully within a couple of weeks.
The timetable will be released soon after, but based on previous events we will be trying to fit everything in from late Friday and finish all the tournaments on the Saturday, with Sunday to wind down and have some more social gaming.
In the past we've tried to start events to early and spread them throughout the weekend, but we've learned our lesson and we appreciate that whilst we'd love to have you there for all three days, many can only manage two.
Please make sure that your team captains are aware of your plans so that they can plan their teams based on actual availability.

Re: Payment?
couldn't have put it better myself
as for games list, there are a number of people who have no games on their profile...
I've send a PM to each person and their team leaders so we can try and get as many people as possible up to date.
Well done to the Red team, all of your members have games listed

Re: Payment?
I may try and hack jellybellys account. he is always too busy to spend a few min sorting his list out... although to be fair I haven't seen him stop working once in the last month! (girls) he sells chocolate to shops, of the highest grade, and something about Easter... says demands quite high... Lazy I say!

Re: Payment?
I believe that beer of the persons choice might be acceptable compensation
I am sure that you are aware that with only three seats and six sign ups it is a matter of some urgency if they want those places
Hopefully they'll get their finances sorted soon and we'll be down to our LAST PLACE!
*cue battle to the death for the last seat*
BTW Cabal ... should you have chosen your seat by now, you are now down to a choice of Blue or Yellow

Re: Payment?
Technically anyone can sit in the red seats, just because people vacated them for others doesn't mean the right people will get them. I would advise they get in there asap before someone else decides they want to be on redCyberDrac wrote:BTW Cabal ... should you have chosen your seat by now, you are now down to a choice of Blue or Yellow
I'm feeling generous, I've reserved the seats so people can't choose them atm. if people request to sit there though, I shall have to let them go
